THIS IS A TEMPLATE! But it's not in anything resembling templatespace. This is bad. It also has an assload of incoming links (2,420 transclusions to be precise). Looks like many of them (i.e. the userpage ones) are from {{Signpost-subscription}}.

• Wikipedia:Wikipedia Signpost/Template:Signpost-footer (6k+ xclusions) needs to be moved to /Templates/
• Wikipedia:Wikipedia Signpost/Quote (200-500 xc) needs to be at /Templates/

There are only a few pages under Wikipedia:Signpost/ but they all have a ton of transclusions/links

• @ Template:Signpost/item: "35,822 direct transclusions" although they seem to overwhelmingly from {{Signpost-subscription}}.

(has /testcases, /doc, /sandbox as well)

• @ Wikipedia:Signpost/Template:Signpost-article-comments-end: freaking 5,322
• @ Wikipedia:Signpost/Template:Signpost-article-comments-end/commentspage: 5,729

• links: how many pages links to the page
• redir: how many redirects point to the page
• xclud: how many transclusions the page has
• xc rd: how many transclusions of redirects (I think)
